I would direct the Fidelity Legal Dept. to IDCC's Web PAGE..Which Features the LG License, The $100 Million buy back, and IDCC's Guidance for 1st Quarter 2006 indicating RECORD revenue of $50-$52 Million..all public information as of March 9th..and inquire why the Independent research furnished by Fidelity sources dated March 28th did not include these Milestone events.The Legal Dept. will have better access to the SEC ears than most.If the research was faulty, so be it..If some related party benefitted by SELECTIVE DISCLOSURE , it is Intent to Defrraud.
