Tprosuper as simple as I can make this argument.

Bankruptcies are cause by someone or a company who is unable to fulfill their financial obligations.

At the point that NBRI runs out of money and could not get any additional financing they would cease all activities that cost money.

Since they currently have NO financial obligations other than the Ruby the worst case scenario is they would lose the Ruby to the original owners. That is the worst scenario. No bankruptcy because no financial obligations. That will not happen because before things could unravel that fast NBRI will own the Ruby outright and they would focus all efforts to keeping this one asset or simply sell the property to regain some of their equity.

Again saying NBRI could go bankrupt is stating you don't understand the business model.
