Your reply falls well short of an answer. Many companies have declared BK after not being able to pay accrued wages, and associated expenses related to production.
Are you contending the miners wages are not paid in arrears as virtually all workers are?

I'm not saying BK is imminent, just that it would be possible if significant product isn't produced very soon.IMO
