Saleen is just fishing for deposits. A rendering is all Steve can afford to produce at this point.
Just like the Tesla, he needs deposits and a lot of them to
fund his payroll and service his debt. The problem for the
customer will be delivery of a car. Bankruptcy will convert those deposits into donations
to support the Steve and family life style charity organization.
