As of 10 days ago the Definitive Agreement had not been signed because it was still being worked out.
Time schedules often slide. I am sure we would have been told if the deal was off.

Maybe the deal is expanding and they want to cover all the bases in one agreement. I am a person who says the glass is 1/2 full.
