Maybe the lawyers (Apple? with the deep pockets + most to lose) should examine Dr. Schroer's past employment contract with LQMT, plus any No Compete and Scope of Employment documents, plus LQMT EMAILs and other records for evidence that this discovery was made in part or complete while Dr. Schroer was in the employ of LQMT.
