Why was Joe Scivoletto, former IFUS board member replaced?

1. His constant trips to rehab were raising the health insurance premiums of healthy employees?

2.It was easier to replace him then replace his knee?

3.A light bulb was a lot brighter than Joe?

4.Since there were only 12 shareholders and twelve chairs he had no place to sit down and eat?
