the sticky has Salida land plots-which-are-NOT-MJ-capable……

none are zoned "industrial" which is the county and state requirement for MMJ

when on Chaffee County assessor site, need to click "zoning" overlay and look for brown "shading"

the projections are all based on INELIGIBLE land plots
