I understand your point Wharphrat but I have never seen more grounds for halting trade. Ultimately, the SEC will make the determination as to whether or not to halt trade. Although the 1 and 2 share trade signals didn't get reflected in the price of the stock they may represent intent to manipulate trading? The SEC can make the determination as to whether these signals impact the trading of tjis stock.
