Relax you will be OK. I did contact Rich Galterio the US investor relations person for BIGG, his personal cell phone # is 732-642-7770, There is a transfer agent # 503-227-2950. You don't have to worry about contacting them though. SEC 13D All you need to do is fill out the form and sign, and make 5 copies and send to SEC. See post 2259, 2260. I would recommend sending by mail since it will be bulky with 5 copies to the nearest office to your location. I would use the date of transaction as your last settlement date if you made multiple orders in concurrent days. SEC will forward the information to Big Tree toys, and other agentcies, and that is what the additional copies are for. Here is an example of how it will look with your information
