The SEC has questions to answer for a complaint. You shouldn't have trouble answering them. I would put dates of the quarterly financial reports released by the company as to when crimes happened. Where they ask what happened you can say something like the assets of the company were missing from the last financial report. You may want to add the basics like the company's name was changed and the name of the company and addresses. You can find everything in the quarterly reports. Its all basic information.
