Sir, O/S argument is irrelevant -in pennyland sizable o/s is the norm-Ever wonder why we don't see 2000% breakouts on the Big Board??? Sizable O/S=Cheap shares = volatility =2000% breakouts. If penny stock investors spent all day thinking about this, no one will be trading penny stock shares. I can't complain about the very reason we have massive breakouts. The big board is to expensive for many and hence why we are here in penny land. If not for sizable o/s there will be no extremely cheap shares and many Americans will not be able to invest.
