I think the jump from 4.5 to 4.7 billion O/S was those 200+ million shares being issued for the conversion of that $68,000 debt mentioned in the filings. Note that VNDM appeared on the bid recently at .0002, i.e., it won't let it go lower than the conversion price. So I guess one question is whether the debt holder can sell those 200 million before the price gets to .0003, because that's where it's going if buying interest doesn't pick up. They will get their money one way or the other.
