Flippers are what is keeping at these levels because the share are so cheap and taking profits daily! Once the public becomes more aware of this ticker they will have fewer and fewer shares to minupulate as new investors are collecting them. BIGG just needs to do their job which they have done for years and always show profits. They need no more toxic debt and hopefully have already paid what they had.
