Senti, I tend to gravitate towards optimism whenever possible. I think I'm missing the bitter gene, if there is one - thankfully. The numb one, I have. As for my nephew, he was more like his mom, so I think he would have been suspcious of the entire placebo process too. And who can blame them. But yes, he would have wanted the world to have access to the best care, even if it meant that he sacrificed his life to make that happen. I don't know how he would feel about me investing in NWBO per say. I used to preach savings and investing, but I only ever pushed the concepts of 'compounding', 'dollar-cost averaging' on him, not individual stocks. I'd like to agree, and think that he'd be okay with it.

Austin, I appreciate your comments. And, your sharing your findings with us, both long and short. I don't think anything I read on these comment boards could turn me short, other than concrete findings that the science is doomed to be a flop (I don't short stocks, but I would sell if I thought there's no chance for success). If we end up finding that my due-diligence steered me wrong, and the vaccines fails to show PFS/OS significance, what's the worst that could happen ? I end losing up to 100K of my and my husband's money; we end funding for patients around the world to get the vaccine. Yes, it may mean I'll need to work an extra year (lose the option of being able to retire at 46 - instead work until I'm 47-50). But in doing so, I'd get the good karma and the reward of knowing that our lost money helped to extend a few patients lives along the way. To me that's not a bad trade-off. Yes, my husband, won't be too happy if NWBT fails completely, but, he won't love, admire and respect me any less. I won't like that it doesn't work for most patients, but I'll be okay knowing that we gave this science a shot. And, then IMUC will come along and get thier vaccine through for a small sub-group of patients, so it's all good. Anyway, not a bad trade off in my mind.

Red, Thank you. I really appreciate it.
