Documents pending publication have been notified from Sep 22 and Sep 29. Its now certain that the rule wont see the light this month.

Even after the order is issued in the Federal Register, its takes anywhere between 30 to 60 days for the order to be effective.

Oct last week seems very plausible for the final rule to come out and 510K filing happening in Dec.
