LOL At least it was not misleading and filled with incorrect information like your post about the corporation and investor's rights.

As an investor you should absolutely have a say in what the company chooses to do with clinical trial data that you funded. Biel Investors own the company, not the Whelans. Their job is to act in the best interest of you, the investors, not themselves
