Are EVER really discussed for over 16 months / WHY???
1 MW and RW have controlled (as KING and Queen) OUR Company for OVER 5.5 years and with ALL THE HYPE - IFUS has losses, losses and MORE loses! And in reality - STILL NO BUSINESS!!!
2 MW and RW and SON have gone SILENT for press releases for OVER 16 months and NO financials for OVER 5.5 years - truly a DISGRACE that VIOLATES fiduciary responsibilities (not to mention ETHICS and just FAIRNESS to ALL shareholders)
3 MW took on another job and OUR Company is somewhat dormant EXCEPT for abnormal legal fees all shareholders spend to protect MW, RW and Son.
4 MW has been the SOLE officer and Director for OVER 15 months - as MW "trumped" up allegations AGAINST all former officers and directors so as MW became the SOLE officer and director (and MW's answers to NO-ONE - to PROTECT HIMSELF) / otherwise new officers and directors would have come on board with IFUS some time ago (just think about it with common sense and fairness)
5 MW and RW have orchestrated lies, slander and malice AGAINST THE BOOT BROTHERS and OTHERS - to DIVERT the real analysis of the DIRE financial condition of IFUS and IFUS potential of filing BANKRUPTCY (as MW WENT BANKRUPT a short time ago to wipe out his very own obligations, creditors and LENDERS - rather than keeping his "word") - MW/ just running away!
6 MW has DELAYED the boot brothers LAWSUIT AGAINST OUR Company as he has NO choice but to DELAY - as MW never paid the FIRST interest payment under the $250,000 Note (GUARANTEED by IFUS) - MW/ just running away!

ALL this OTHER NONSENSE of LIES from MW, RW and SON is to buy additional time so as a "MIRACLE" happens and IFUS can regroup RATHER than going BANKRUPT. We shareholders want the very same miracle or we shareholders will most likely - BE WIPED OUT.
Unfortunately, WE SHAREHOLDERS are funding the Dream which will most likely end up as a DISASTER - a DISASTER that did not have to happen as MW and RW keep on "running away" (totally consistent with their track records for over 20 years) - as MW and RW's TRACK RECORD does matter!!!
