mrmain: Is the Pope Catholic. Of course it happened,
as the meeting choreographed by Waxman's assistance
was publically announced and many on this site followed
the three day fiasco preceding the MLK weekend. What is
Thero going to say, "I fucked up", of course not. The
litigation it would precipitate would be totally destructive.
The CMO Ketchum, according to my sources, tried to get Thero
to accept the FDA's request to revise the original SPA, only
to be turned down. IMO, I believe Thero didn't realize on that
fateful Friday that the FDA usually limits the negotiations
to three days. ( With all Sponsors) He clearly erred by not
being fluent in FDA speak. I am puzzled to this day why AMRN's
Legal Team didn't give him that information. I have no clues as
to the future, as quite frankly I haven't been following AMRN
very closely since that Tuesday. (following MLK weekend)
