My sense is that since various FDA staffers have conveyed similar messages as to a strong awareness and sense of urgency that the administration complete the Final Order, I doubt that removing chest hairs or ear wax is of the same importance as potentially saving the lives of our fellow Americans by making these devices available to replace chemical analgesics for pain management. Hopefully, PEMF devices have been receiving the appropriate priority, one would assume so on reviewing the article by FDA Commissioner in April 2014 about the scourge of Rx drug misuse and abuse in our country.
Another example is the rapid deployment of information and permissions by FDA and CDC relating to Ebola, which is now a serious epidemic, with potentially global ramifications. No question, they can all react as they should when things get hot and Ebola is very hot!
