Exactly David. Excellent Post. THJMW did not have to give Nate Thoma the floor for 8 minutes, she could have just listened to him for 1 minute. She was on board with the Nate the minute he got into the logistics of the trading and the dates.

THJMW.. I never gave this judge "the bum rap." Unlike many others who believe they got screwed by her. She did much more than was required of her in the BK process, I have a feeling it was because of what was contained in those "sealed docs." Because of this I started calling her The Honorable Judge Mary Walrath (THJMW) for short.

THJMW denied 6 POR's from the Debtors and saved Equity and the Preferreds with the ordered mediation after she colored the SNH's on the Insider trading allegation! That's a fact and we all know it, yet many on here (who are uneducated about the bankruptcy process) want to make her out as the villain.

Jeesh! It's gets really old and I just don't respond to them anymore. She was far from a WALRAT!
