Not too smart with investing in explorer companies, that's for sure!

But according to this investing news report, ENZR NPV is around $420 mil, but this was before the earlier large PP of shares. So I would estimate the buyout, using your 10-20% of NPV, to be around 25-30 cents/share for 300 mil shares outstanding (including just announced PP).

So, bottom line, not a lot of upside at the moment.
