Maybe they're "gutting" BMSN to further the subsidiary RGBP with the proceeds.

If we fall to "8" as you wrote, (unless you meant 18) we might not get any bounce.

Twice now we've seen RGBP move 100% + , and BMSN has risen 20% for a few hours and then flat-lined.
