It's basically a useless exclusivity from what I can tell now. After BMAK began trading on L2 for RGBP and all the other market makers remained I contacted him again. He stated that it was an exclusivity in regard to soliciting any other market makers. Meaning, any other market maker who wanted to jump in on an unsolicited piggy back status could do so. He neglected to tell me that the first time I talked to him. But if you call him now he will still tell you BMAK is the exclusive solicited market maker for the 30-day period.
