Common shareholders are expected to pick up the bills--it has been that way since inception. GYST has to pay salaries so insiders can make a comfy living. They pay back SC Capital through share issuance. They pay back Renard (controlled by Howarth) through share issuance.
Why does anyone expect it to change? You may have noticed that the AS has now ballooned up to 4 billion. When they issue and exhaust that, it should be time for another reverse split.
