P.S. Mind you, if we were to have another 5 cases of 'The Best Yam Vodka On Earth' from Jim Eason, Master Distiller, and the rest of the good folks over at Covington Spirits, that may help us get 'er done. (just kidding)

Thus, all the dialogue and kidding back and forth about my, and others, definitions and variables of the word "soon". The message simply confirms what we have already known for months. The FDA is not given to frivolous time-wasting and continues on its project mission to implement the Class II designation which it "initiated on its own initiative" to quote part of its Proposed Order in February of this year.

In my opinion, common sense tells me that, although the information is totally vague, I conclude that many very bright minds at FDA continue to work hard on this, I understand the environment, and they will complete their work in as timely a manner as is possible. Specific date as to when? Only stupidity would drive such specificity, so we are left with absolute speculation - the way it should be.

So all the Good Guys know, there are 5 of us who have had this message for some time, distributed via private e-mail. Does this help 7up?
