I´m not familiar with Kenneth Eade and the old case. Sometimes fraudster can be victims too. ;)
I doubt he would release the news if it´s not true.

With GBTO i got today confirmation that Arcaro has hijacked
the shell.
He changed the website for example: http://www.whois.com/whois/globotekholdingsinc.com

The whois shows a Trish Bollman, maybe another scammer.
I think she was here never topic.

She was involved in AERP(delisted), PIHN and i find the address
and her name in the whois for DBYC Golden Harvest Corporation(a/k/a Disability Access Corporation, a suspended stock:

If Bollman and Arcaro hijack dead shells, i think sec should act and the mail from Dr Tenebaum, CEO of GBTO sounds for me like that.

Thank you very much for your letter. Unfortunately, it was filtered into a spam box and I found it only today. It had happened that we did not keep track on OTC and only a week ago by chance found the info re situation - so, since a week we are taking care about that and we have already our legal council involved. Those people seems to be not honest as they even did not try to contact us and we will do our best to settle the matter the proper way.
