period of one year. In addition the Company issued 25,000 shares of the Company’s common stock upon the execution of the
agreement and an additional 20,000 shares of the Company’s common stock per month for the following 11 months. Refer to Note
14(d).

€$3,500 a month for a period of one year. In addition, the Company issued 500,000 shares of common stock upon execution of the
agreement.

500,000 shares?! plus $3,500 Euros/month? Wow. A "consultant" overseas. Sounds like a good way to vest shares. *wink wink*
