It was a 10k that came out after the bell. .... Not a PR. How can you tell what effect it will or won't have? It's more solid progress. Anyway, neither a PR or 10k or other form has the magical power to make people buy in at the moment it hits the press. So the whole analysis is uncomfortably premature.
