First question. What does "Beta Testing" mean in the context of the testing of the new prototype (mobile EEG/BCI device worn on the ear) at the end of this week ?
A.) This means actually wearing the device and testing on software that operates the system. Making sure the EEG signal is received and that commands are able to be generated from different thoughts/ concentration levels.

Will the prototype that will be starting in the "Beta" testing at the end of this week only be a shell to be tested to see how ergonomic it is or will it be a working prototype in the sense it could indeed be close to the final version that does enable the user to control a computer with only the mind ?
A.) Ergonomics have been worked out. These prototypes will be the actual unit used unless additional modifications are needed from testing. The only difference would be the mass production used when manufacturing a minimum of 2,000 units at a time.

Do you have an estimate of how long all needed testing may take before VOIS gets the device to work to a degree that worldwide marketing of it can be seen as a worthwhile endeavor ?
A.) Within 2 weeks we will know if we are ready for tooling and manufacturing. That process should take 12 weeks to have all 2,000 plus units available once we begin.

Do you or any one at VOIS / Mind Solutions, inc. believe or think that
yet another reverse split will be needed to be done between now and before the marketing of the final working "mobile EEG / BCI device worn on the ear", if the device turns out to be successful after all testing ?
A.) No, we do not anticipate doing a reverse. We anticipate the value of the new headset to drive the ops of the stock accordingly.

Hey, read it from the actual SEC report yourself if you want. VOIS has nothing to hide.
Read it all if you want, but you may get a lot of valuable VOIS info if you pay close attention to page (49) for why & how VOIS benefits more by being successful than doing bad to shareholders.
Also, look at page (62) to see license agreement.

Heck, this one SEC report shows just how straight forward & transparent VOIS's plans are.
