Yeah it makes you wonder if this undercover FBI agent posing as a stock promoter for the past 3 years had infiltrated the Awesome Penny Stocks organization.

We know that Awesome Penny Stocks used Gibraltar Global Securities for their laundering activities during their earlier promotions having taken over where Skymark (the Kirks) left off.

Gibraltar Global gets shut down and Awesome Penny Stocks moves over to the Belize group (Bandfield/Godfrey/Titan/Legacy) starting probably shortly before the SNPK promotion. Notice that SNPK is named in the Complaint against Van Nguyen, Fung, Thompson, etc. And SNPK was obviously run through the Belize group as past research showed.

In the Indictment for the Belize group we find out that the undercover FBI agent was referred to Titan/Legacy by an unnamed Gibraltar Global Securities employee.

Sources say that Warren Davis, former head of Gibraltar Global Securities, helped set up Titan and Legacy placing two of his former mid-level traders (Kelvin Leach and Rohn Knowles) at the head of the Titan firm.

I think APS also used Bank Gutenberg some so it'll be interesting to see if something comes up with the DOJ/FBI on Bank Gutenberg in the coming weeks/months.

Thank you and agreed interesting comment. Goes right along with much of what I believed. I wasn't aware though that Knowles and Leach had previously worked for Gibraltar Global prior to that comment.
