The situation in Colorado WAS,tony initially wanted to do Hemp there, but couldn't because seeds couldn't be secured for planting. Also rules®s denied this because a 2 year residency was required to help stop and stall the influx of black-market, organized crime, and illegal activities. Tony's plan A went to plan B, which constituted moving his theory and plans(IDEAS) to the state of Washington, where he knew and trusted had over 2 years residency, and could legally open MMJ stores.

Since then Tony has PARTNERED WITH ER_B to build a test and grow dispensary in California. Tony also stated in one of his very first pr's regarding the start-up of USEI Cannabis that he had connections with someone he knew and trusted with at least 2 years residency in Calif.This explains the legal opportunity to advance the venture between USEI and ER-B. This is a very progressive and diversified company and will continue to be on it's own and with the numerous PARTNERSHIPS it has.
