Larry's wife is an Executive Assistant in the company and she promptly replied to 2 emails I sent today. I recieved the replies within 15 minutes of sending the emails, which I think is a fantastic relationship to have with shareholders.

Most companys I try to email either never get back to me or take at least 2 weeks and their responses are generally rubbish.
