So technically you are agreeing with me that if un-restricted, they could sell into the open market to raise funds. That was my point, was that if un-restricted, the shares could have been sold without it reflecting in the O/S count. Now that I know they are restricted, it is a moot point. Thanks to you and Traz for the input and clarification.
