For those of you arguing that there is a compromise that management could or shold have accepted, please explain the nature of the compromise, the expansion of indication, the impact on insurance coverage, the perception of language changes on Drs and patients, the impact on scripts, etc. I just don't understand what compromise options exist and what the implications would be.
