Just throwing this out based on what was posted by someone that rhymes with Sylvestor. His prediction was that next week would be the week we see positive movement. Other than the PR which wasn't a negative one and very vague, why would said person say next week?

The PR was vague and for a reason. My guess is the reason why it was is that the testing is already complete and resubmitted. My wild theory is the PR was designed to be vague to cause a sell off those certain people could load up with extremely cheap shares. We saw a similar dip like this prior to the release of the divy news that caused that spike. Maybe this is what is happening again.

Regardless, if nothing happens next week then you can kiss the credibility of someone good by and for good.
