FDA laying out bread crumbs, but the company must not like bread crumbs, or just too stupid to follow the crumbs

Maybe you will get lucky and this will explode, or just maybe you will learn the tough lesson about "investing" in POS stocks

Trade them but don't get emotional about them and hang on every promise the company throw at you
