Good find. Thanks for posting. I know nothing about this.

Just from a casual check it appears the restriction is limited to the region or province. It seems related to a form that British Columbia needs. The restriction doesn't even appear to apply to all of Canada if I am reading their list correctly. It applies just for BC. As far as I can tell it has no bearing on NYSE, Nasdaq, or OTC markets.

Either way I will call Investor Relations today to see if I can get some more info.
