first of all illegal short trading is running rampid.

second dsc is owned by TYCO,nuff said

third 995 and hls division will soon be seperate entities i believe

forth IDWD is not for sale,the majority of the company is owned by insiders.very well protected.

TYCO is currently going thru a similar split of its own, JFYI
