do you really think that is from
the company selling shares?
or do you think that could be the multiple MM's
needing shares due to the shorts involved . . . .
does the company have shares on hand currently that they want to sell?
is all the authorized shares in the float?
the more we study this, the more we will understand
today, I really was thinking that the MM's were scrambling with all these 10k prints
it wasnt just BMAK
there were at least 5 to 6 MM's all doing the 10k game
yesterday we had 40million shares traded above .03
I was thinking that many were starting their short position in the .03's
and they are riding down to this level
as we all know
when people short, their broker has to be able to have some shares in inventory in order to allow an investor to short
when multiple brokers have shares to short,
then multiple MM's are involved in covering on the shorts
that was my reasoning behind all the 10k prints selling shares today from the multiple MM's
usually if a company is selling shares, it is only one MM that does that
BMAK is based out of LA, Cali
so maybe BMAK was selling some shares - but I do not think the other MM's were
