They done all to get the money they need and I speculate from my speculation that their order to produce the TTS-I order is complete...

That is why we saw the Dilution today or that channel of buys for over 15+++ million shares... toward the last half of the day...

Those who understand know this is a developmental company and need help from shareholders as well as private investors for share...
