KKgd-amazing that they are now trying to read deep meaning into a routine DTCC procedures which actually helps their futile cause. But then, several months ago they spent days obsessing about an option symbol for a totally unrelated security that included the letters CMKX.
Given the general escalation of nastiness on RB, I'd say it's a safe bet that most of them have figured out that they were scammed, but don't want to lose face before their fellow true longs.
It's unfortunate that white collar crime cases proceed so damned slowly. I for one am pretty sure that Urbie, and possibly others, have received Grand Jury target letters, and that the bank fraud and money laundering will land some or all of them in jail. It would be a bonus if they nailed LoCastro and Turino as part of the scam.
