It's a stand-off! Everybody wants to buy a .0001 and nobody wants to sell at .0001! If one were to be able to buy at .0001, it means a "double," when some knucklehead is actually sucked into buying the shares at .0002! This symbol (IMO...CYBI is now a stock symbol and not really a company!) is going nowhere until the next buyout. If the SEC is investigating, the "next buyout" may never happen. GLTA!
