It appears to me that the majority on this board seem to be counting down the days till WSGI can start selling its 10 million shares of DRNE. IMO there isn't much faith here that DRNE will increase in value. If management sells as soon as it's legally able to, I figure either management shares the board sentiment and doesn't have much faith in DRNE or the company desperately needs money.
Here's my take: If DRNE is building a billion dollar business, and IF WSGI is not in dire need of the money (on the brink of bankruptcy), why would management sell?
As Indy has pointed out, Glenn can run this company on a shoestring budget into perpetuity.
