The Beek. IMO you got it all wrong. Actually this is very great news coz we did get an update showing that RGBP and BMSN is working very close with FDA in order to move ahead. Yes maybe a delay in a way - but now we know where we are at this point. FDA did change their rules about stemcells approval and of cause this is very good news.

Now we are not left in the dark and NO refusal . amazing good news in my opinion.
