As to the staffing comment, I have been watching their website under CAREERS and they have had several different jobs listed for various positions and about 2-3 weeks ago all the postings were taken down. It seems they have done the hiring they needed, including 2 positions that were "secretaryish". I think they are fully staffed and ready to move forward.

My funding comment was to imply that they have plenty of investment cash available to them through the mutual fund investors so they didn't need to prop the price in retail to get full value for there shares. Good for them, but not as good for retail investors who were looking to trim some shares already.

Last year around this time we were creeping up to $3 for the first time, I hope we are primed for another new high.
