I thought I enumerated it in my post--

1. Confidence in DAC price holding something in 11 months or so. I fully expect $1 neighborhood but anything above a dime is real money for operations at least.

2. The fact that Glenn kept WSGI open for four years on much less.

I also feel confident that he and the team are working on debt reduction. Obviously I feel confident about the Argus and GTC.
