Hi dot433,if you mean CMKM (CMKX) there is apparently a settelement for this. You need to get a Certificate for your shares and then send it in to "CMKXTASKFORCE" not later than May 15th.2006.

I am sure someone more knowleageable than me can help you. I myself just recently find out about this as I was not aware ......

You can look up on Google, type in CMKX fax and you will get a lot of informations......hope this will help
