The reason there is no bid and the stock is stuck at .0001 is because that is what it is worth. Calling ecdc a development company is like calling a 4 year old who can't walk an infant. The studentconnect product has been around for years along with the rest of the non selling ecdc line-up. Even your link from 2013 shows that.
