This may have been discussed previously at some point and if it was, sorry but I missed it. What are the possibilities that everyone that has granted releases gets their newoc shares (WMIH), but the ones that were really in the know be those who did not grant releases and they are the ones that end up reaping the big benefits by dividing up criminal /civil suit settlement s/judgements among significantly fewer shares. All of us that granted releases are left out in the cold with our NOLS that may never amount to anything?
